Return and Refund Policy

At Layali, we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order. Please contact our team through the store’s WhatsApp support for return, exchange or refund assistance.

1. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without additional charges. Your applicable rights include a refund, replacement or repair. The suggested reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.

2. Change-of-Mind Requests

Request a change-of-mind return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approval depends on the item meeting these conditions.

• Unused, unworn and unaltered.
• Original tags and protective covers intact.
• All original packaging, accessories and complimentary gifts included.

Used, personalised or final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not affect rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

3. Requesting a Return

Send our WhatsApp team your order number, a brief explanation and clear photos or a video. For delivery issues, include the packaging and delivery label.

Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

4. Collection and Inspection

Approved change-of-mind requests may involve collection, delivery or processing charges, disclosed beforehand.

Inspection normally takes 3 working days after warehouse receipt.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 3–5 working days after inspection. Payment providers may require additional processing time.

Refunds use the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer may be arranged when appropriate. Store credit is offered only with your agreement.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
